- This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Our items are shipped from the United States. Shipping times may vary but we guarantee the quickest shipping as possible depending on the chosen delivery method and country.

- Depends on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
What is the accepted payment method at checkout?
- We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, & Google Pay. Any other accepted payment methods can be viewed on our website.
Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.
Returns and Refunds:
- What is the return/refund policy?
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
- Refunds are being issued in the following cases including a return of the item (if returnable):
- The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
- The item is used, defective or in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).
- The shipment went missing.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- To return an item, if necessary, return the product and provide a tracking number. The product must be returned to the address on the original package.
- Once the returned product has been received, a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to the card on file.
